Chef Billy and Cooking Light

Have you checked out the new Cooking Light Essential Recipe Collection yet? I received copies of the Chicken, Pasta and Soup titles. It's brand new and every recipe that I've tried from them has been terrific!!! When I spoke with Chef Billy from Cooking Light, he had so much enthusiasm in his voice about these new recipes I could hardly wait to try them. The Cool Summer Berry Soup is yummy.
