<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Have you checked out the new Cooking Light Essential Recipe Collection yet? I received copies of the Chicken, Pasta and Soup titles. It's brand new and every recipe that I've tried from them has been terrific!!! When I spoke with Chef Billy from Cooking Light, he had so much enthusiasm in his voice about these new recipes I could hardly wait to try them. The Cool Summer Berry Soup is yummy. Very refreshing!!! Look for more of their recipes on our recipe page soon.</div>

<br/>I had the opportunity to interview Deb McIntyre, from Pacifica Culinaria, which produces a wide variety of Avocado Oils (<a href="http://www.thinkavocado.com">www.thinkavocado.com</a>) It was a whole new experience trying avocado oil and my current favorite from the samples that I received was the Toasted Onion Avocado Oil. I grilled some fresh Hadley asparagus and topped it with the oil and I was in heaven!!! Definitely explore Avocado oil, its truly worth it!!!!</div>
