Tonia's Kitchen is produced in a digital studio using electricity totally derived from the sun.Our studio sits on 50 acres in Western Massachusetts, totally off the grid. We use 16 Photo Voltaic panels to draw energy from the sun. Any energy not used is stored in 16 deep cycle batteries. Our Trace Inverter converts this DC energy to AC for regular electrical usage applications.
